A Ridge Above

From my first meeting with Pat many, many years ago, I quickly noted his passion for all matters relating to fingerprints. Our paths crossed many times over our careers and his dedication and commitment to our science and it’s practitioners was always forefront, even before his own personal recognition. We had a great discussion towards the end of my career as to how research and technology had changed and advanced our technical examinations for the better yet we needed to keep our feet grounded in the fundamental principles of our forensic science of fingerprints and our eyes focused on accuracy and truth. He never wavered.

My sincere condolences regarding Pat and his son Kasey to the entire family.
